Trump Tells ‘Hannity’ a POTUS Can Declassify Documents Just by “thinking about it” [WATCH]

Fox Radio News – (WBAP/KLIF) – Former President Donald Trump joined Fox’s “Hannity“ at Mar-a-Lago in his first in-person interview since being raided by the fed, saying that he had already declassified documents seized by the FBI.

Trump added, “If the President of the United States you can declassify, even by thinking about it.”

Reaction to the statement was swift from left. Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff chimed in:

Trump just claimed he could declassify things by saying “‘it’s declassified,’ even by thinking about it.”

I know he says he’s a big “thinker” and all, but that’s not how any of this works. Not by any stretch of the imagination.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, a federal appeals court ruled in favor of the Justice Department, granting investigators the ability to resume reviewing documents taken from Mar-a-Lago.

Another federal judge previously ruled the DOJ would have to wait until a special master independently reviewed the documents.
