(WBAP/KLIF) — Two days after unveiling a statue of a Dallas legend, his record is broken. In the Dallas Mavericks victory against the New York Knicks, Tuesday, Luka Doncic recorded the NBA’s first 60-20-10 stat line.
The 23-year-old recorded the first ever 60-point, 21-rebound, and 10-assist triple-double in the league’s history, while also breaking Dirk Nowitski’s franchise record of 53 points in a game. Doncic tied the game with one second left after intentionally missing a free throw, picking up a lose tip, and shooting a 7-footer to send the game into overtime. The Mavs would win the game in overtime, 126-121.
