DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF)-The school board president of the Prosper Independent School District has been arrested on a charge of sexual indecency with a child.
Andrew Wilborn, 43, was booked into the Dallas county jail Wednesday afternoon.
According to Dallas Police, officers learned in April of an incident involving a 16-year-old being inappropriately touched by Wilborn, who was an executive pastor at Antioch church at the time.
In a statement, the Prosper ISD said the situation does not involve any Prosper students.
