Dallas Police Asking Public to Help Identify Body Found in Trinity River

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News ) – The Dallas Police Department and the Dallas County Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences are asking for the public’s help to identify the body of a man who was found floating in the Trinity River of January 18, 2023.

A passerby spotted the body and called 911.

He’s described as white or Hispanic, 5’7″ and has a surgically amputated right hand. The body is covered in tattoos.

The name “Anthony Luna” is tattooed on his right shoulder and the name “Jose” was tattooed across the knuckles of his left hand.

He also has a tattoo of a woman on his lower left flank and a rosary on his left hand and arm.
