“Trump Train” Lawsuit Changes

Austin (WBAP/KLIF) – Two members of the so-called “Trump Train” who surrounded and harassed a ‘Biden For President’ campaign bus on a Texas highway have apologized for their actions, now saying they regret their intimidation tactics. As a result Hannah Ceh and Kyle Kruger have been removed from the lawsuit brought by four people who were on the Biden bus when it was surrounded the day before Halloween, 2020 by flag-waving Trump supporters on Interstate 35 between Austin and San Antonio. Videos show the bus driver was forced to take evasive maneuvers to avoid hitting other vehicles. While Ceh and Kruger have been dismissed from the lawsuit, the other defendants have not.
