FRISCO (WBAP/KLIF) – H-E-B announced, on Tuesday, that it will soon begin construction on its second store in Frisco, continuing its expansion in the DFW Metroplex. The store, which will be located at HWY 380 and FM 423, will serve residents in eastern Denton County.
A tentative opening date is set for late 2024. More details are expected to be shared at the groundbreaking in June.
“This new store builds on the company’s longstanding presence in the area and reinforces its commitment to serve more customers in this dynamic and growing part of Texas,” said Mabrie Jackson, senior director of public affairs for H-E-B.
In the DFW area, H-E-B opened stores in Frisco and Plano late last year. Other H-E-B stores the retailer has officially announced for the Metroplex are in Allen, Alliance, Mansfield, and McKinney.
