(WBAP/KLIF) Dallas – Severe weather moved through North Texas Monday evening. Hail between 2 and 4 inches was reported in several areas including Mansfield.
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for Southeast Dallas and sirens sounded as the storm moved through the area. A Severe Thunderstorm warning for Kaufman County expired at midnight as the storm moved on. Some places did have a major lightning show during the storm that moved to the Northeast at about 30 mph.
Reports of hail damage will continue to come in throughout the North Texas area as the morning light will reveal the extent of the damage.
