Rain Chances Linger: Temperatures begin to Rise

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for portions of North Texas until 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to the Storm Prediction Center, the watch includes Denton, Collin, Grayson, Bowie, Hunt, Morris, and other Northeastern counties.

Hail and high winds are possible in impacted areas.

Rising temperatures are also converging on North Texas.

A Heat Advisory is in effect from 1 pm today through 8 pm Thursday for those parts of Central TX east of Highway 281. This includes the Waco & Temple-Killeen Metro areas.
