McKinney, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – A gruesome find lands a McKinney man in the Colliln County jail for allegedly trying to kill his son.
McKinney Police were called to home on Copperhead Lane on June 23rd where the man was reportedly making suicidal threats. They found Kendall Thigpen-Watkins and his 8-year old son hanging from a staircase railing.
They were cut down and immediately rushed to a hospital; both survived. Thigpen-Watkins faces a capital felony charge of attempted murder of a person younger than ten-years-old.
