
DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News ) – Students at Southern Methodist University in Dallas are mourning a classmate who was killed in a crash this week by a suspected drunk driver.
Dallas police said 19-year-old Honor Elizabeth Wallace was in her car at the intersection of Monticello Avenue and the North Central Expressway service road around 4:20 p.m on Sunday.

The suspect, 27-year-old Lynlee Pollis, is accused of running a read light on the service road and hitting Wallace, who had a green light and was heading east on Monticello.
A passenger in Wallace’s car suffered injuries but is expected to recover. Pollis is charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault.
Wallace was a University Liggett school graduate in Grosse Point Woods, Michigan. The school is holding candle light vigil in her honor on Thursday at 8 p.m.
