Dallas CERT Offers Spanish Emergency Prep Courses

DALLAS- (WBAP/KLIF)- The City of Dallas’ Community Emergency Response Team wants you to be prepared in cases of emergency.

They’re hosting three free courses for Spanish speakers who are interested in learning about things like: basic disaster preparedness, light search and rescue, first aid and fire safety.

Classes will be held on January 13th and 20th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and January 27th from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Dallas Fire-Rescue Training Academy located at 5000 Dolphin Road Dallas, TX 75223.

The deadline to apply is Tuesday, January 9th.
