(WBAP/KLIF) – New York – A Federal Court has struck down President Trumps reciprocal tariffs on a variety of countries saying Trump justifying them as a national emergency, exceeded his legal authority.
It was a unanimous ruling made by the three judge panel of the U.S. Court Of International Trade.
The court ordered that the tariffs collected so far be vacated. The administration immediately appealed the decision..
The ruling prevents Trump from enforcing tariffs placed earlier this year against China, Mexico and Canada, designed to stop fentanyl from coming into the U.S.
