(WBAP/KLIF) — An execution date has been set for Texas death row inmate Robert Roberson, who has long maintained his innocence for the death of his 2-year-daughter.
District Court Judge Austin Reeve Jackson ruled there’s no legal basis to postpone an execution date for the convicted shaken baby syndrome murderer.
Jackson set an execution date for Oct. 16th at 6 p.m., 2025.
