UPDATE: The FBI indicates it’s now investigating reports of an active shooter at both the Villanova University campus, and another earlier in the day at the University of Tennessee at Chatanooga. Students and the surrounding community members were told to shelter in place as police raced through the campuses trying to find a suspect reported with a gun. In both cases, there appears to have been NO SHOOTERS, according to police.
VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY – (WBAP/KLIF) – Campus police are joined by other law enforcement forces in searching for what has been described as an active shooter on the campus of Villanova University. No injuries are reported, though police are asking students on campus and the near community surrounding the campus to lock doors and shelter in place.
