(WBAP/KLIF) Austin – Most forms of consumable Hemp Derived products will continue to be legal in Texas as the legislature ends the second special session late Wednesday without any action on the Senate Bill.
A last minute effort earlier Wednesday to reach a compromise was not successful.
It was not known if Governor Abbott would call another special session to consider more THC restrictions.
