DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) — The 29,000 square foot mansion built by Dallas Cowboys Hall-of-Famer Deion Sanders is for sale and could be the deal of the century.

The Prosper home features a full-sized basketball court, barbershop, bowling alley and nine bedrooms. It was listed for sale 18 months ago at $12.7 million by realtor David Gloria. Despite the fact that it sits on nearly six valuable acres it didn’t sell and will now go to auction.

Gloria told WFAA-TV Sanders chose the location because “he wanted to get away from everything, (but) everything has come to Prosper now.”

The place is so big you could rent out the master bedroom walk-in closet. It’s 3,000 square feet.

The mansion goes on the auction block December 11 by New York based Concierge Auctions. Starting bid is just $1 million.
