The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden will give visitors one final opportunity to experience its popular 12 Days of Christmas gazebo exhibition when the annual Holiday at the Arboretum celebration returns November 11.
The attraction, which has entertained Dallas-area families since 2014, will conclude its 12-year run following the upcoming holiday season, according to the Arboretum.
The 2026 celebration, themed “The 12 Days of Christmas: One Final Chorus,” will continue through January 3, 2027, at the 66-acre botanical garden overlooking White Rock Lake.
The exhibition features 12 elaborate, glass-enclosed gazebos depicting scenes from the traditional Christmas carol, including the familiar characters and gifts associated with each verse.
Although the gazebos will make their final appearance this season, the Arboretum will continue its broader holiday celebration with other attractions, including its Christmas Village and seasonal decorations inside the historic DeGolyer House.
Visitors can explore the gardens during the day or purchase admission to the evening festivities, which offer a different experience as holiday lighting transforms the grounds.
The European-inspired Christmas Village will provide additional seasonal attractions, while the DeGolyer House will feature its Holiday Canvas decorations.
The Arboretum also plans special activities throughout the season, including visits with Santa, holiday cooking experiences, craft workshops and family-oriented programming.
The event has become a familiar part of the Dallas holiday calendar. The Dallas Express previously covered the annual celebration in 2023, when the garden featured its Christmas Village, musical tree and elaborate seasonal displays.
This year’s farewell gives families who have made the gazebos part of their Christmas traditions another chance to visit the exhibition before its retirement.
General daytime admission ranges from $21.95 to $25.95 for adults and $17.95 to $21.95 for children ages 3 to 12. Evening admission generally costs $35 to $40, with discounts available for Arboretum members.
The garden also offers a $15 Night Owl ticket for visitors entering during the final portion of the evening, along with select discounted holiday dates.
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden sits at 8525 Garland Road in Dallas.
Visitors can find admission options, event schedules and ticket information through the Arboretum’s official website.
