Fort Worth Hearing to Cover a Clause in ObamaCare’s Pre-existing Conditions

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF)- A hearing gets underway Wednesday in Fort Worth over a clause in ObamaCare that covers preexisting conditions.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and the Attorney’s General for 19 other states have filed a law suit to eliminate ObamaCare, saying its unconstitutional. However, Paxton’s Democratic challenger, Justin Nelson plans to rally outside the courthouse. “He’s trying to take away preexisting condition protections for all American’s using Texan tax payer dollars, It’s incredibly costly,” Nelson  said.

The hearing will begin at 9:30am at Judge Reed O’Connor’s court room in Fort Worth.
