Original story:
DENTON (WBAP/KLIF) – The Tarrant County Medical Examiner is trying to determine the cause of death for a 23 year old man in Denton.
Neighbors says they saw him stumble through the alley on Camino Real Trail. They say he was covered in blood before he collapsed and died.
Jason Eddington with the Denton Fire Department says paramedics found the man in the alley.
“A male laying in the alley way that had a lot of blood around him, coming out of his mouth and that was it,” Eddington said.
Roommates say the man recently returned from a trip to Vietnam and has been sick for a couple of weeks.
