Dallas/Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – Severe thunderstorms packing up to 70 mph winds were active early this afternoon across the metroplex. Damage is widespread across Collin, Tarrant and Denton Counties and in Dallas, where winds blew a crane into an apartment building, killing one person and injuring several others.
