DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF)- Governor Greg Abbott issued an Executive Order to start reopening the state. Under this order, retail businesses will be able to provide to go services starting April 24th.
Angie Freed General Manager for Galleria Dallas said the process is simple, you order your item online or over the phone and then a staff member will bring the item to your car.
“The customer cannot get out of the vehicle but the employee can place the product in the back seat or the trunk of the customer’s vehicle,” said Freed.
Freed says the Galleria will start offering this from 12 PM – 6 PM and will decide on more hours if the demand is high.
“Whatever we do towards reopening, we want to make sure it’s safe for everyone and I think this is a good interim step…it allows retail sales to still happen while making sure it’s safe for the employee as well as the customer,” said Freed.
Freed said you can pick up your items at the Westin Entry at the Galleria.
