FORNEY (WBAP/KLIF) – A North Texas community is mourning the loss of a high school football coach who died this week after contracting COVID-19.
The Forney High School Athletic Department is asking for prayers for the family of 44-year-old offensive coordinator Jeremy Morgan. His children took to social media to announce their father’s death. His daughter posted that her father was a perfectly healthy 44-year-old. His son said his dad passed too soon.
Others in the high school sports community are reaching out sharing stories about the man who’s credited with influencing many lives.
Our Athletic Department is saddened by the passing of our coach and friend, Jeremy Morgan. Please pray for his family and our FISD family as we go through this tough time. RIP JMo 🙏
