Allen X-Ray Tech Sentenced to 50 Years in Prison for Sexually Assaulting Children

MCKINNEY (WBAP/KLIF News) – A former X-ray technician who sexually assaulted young children in his care has been sentenced to 50 years in prison.

37-year-old Justin Stricklin of Gainesville had access to his victims while working at Envision Imaging in Allen.

Prosecutors said one of he children, who was eight years old, immediately out-cried to her mother who then reported it to the police.

Amid the allegations, Envision placed Stricklin on administrative leave only to to allow him to come back to work with no restrictions.

Shortly after his return, another child told her parents that Stricklin sexually abused her. The 11-year-old’s mother immediately reported it to the authorities.

Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis said justice has been served in this case.

“This predator exploited privacy and safety protocols to do terrible things to innocent children. And now he will spend the next 50 years in prison facing the consequences, said Willis.

Stricklin was convicted of Continued Sexual Abuse of a Child which does not allow for the possibility for parole.
