FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF) – The teenager who killed four people in a drunken-driving crash has been ordered to spend two years in jail.
A judge ordered Ethan Couch to serve 180 days in jail for each victim he killed for violating the terms of his probation.
Attorneys have two weeks to appeal the decision.
Couch and his mother fled to Mexico when an online video showed him possibly violating probation by attending a party where there was alcohol.
Wednesday was Couch’s first appearance in adult court.
