DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) An executive, fired from the Dallas ISD, is suing the district, claiming sexual harassment. Tonya Grayson worked for the district as a human resources executive from January 2014 until last July, when she was fired. A report from an internal investigation says Grayson was “engaged in a pattern of deceptive and dishonest practices.” She says trustee Lew Blackburn repeatedly asked her for sexual favors in return for employment protection, according to the Dallas Morning News. Grayson thinks she’s a victim of retaliation. Blackburn vehemently denies the claims.
