MIDLOTHIAN (WBAP/KLIF) – New details were released Thursday in the murder of Midlothian fitness instructor Missy Bevers. An arrest warrant affidavit revealed Bevers and her husband Brandon were having financial and marital problems. Text messages also showed the Bevers were involved in intimate personal relationships outside of the marriage.
According to the affidavit a friend of Bevers said she received what were described as strange and creepy messages at her LinkedIn Account as well as messages that were flirtatious.
Bevers was found killed inside the Creekside Church in Midlothian last month. She had arrived at the church for an early morning fitness class. Church surveillance video showed the suspected killer walking inside the church before Bevers arrived. The suspect was dress in full police SWAT gear and police cannot determine if it’s a man or a woman.
