DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas County is reporting its first Human Case of West Nile Virus for the season.
The county health department reports the patient was diagnosed with West Nile Neuroinvasive Disease and lives in an Irving zip code.
Meanwhile, the City of Dallas plans additional spraying for mosquitoes Wednesday and Thursday in target areas.
Leaders continue to urge residents to wear mosquito repellant.
