BRENHAM (WBAP/KLIF NEWS) – Blue Bell has issued another recall, but this one deals with a mix-up in product packaging.
The Brenham-based company is asking for return of select lots of Rocky Road pint packages that were mistakenly filled with the Cookies and Cream flavor.
Cookies and Cream contains soy and wheat not listed on the Rocky Road containers. That could cause problems for consumers with allergies.
So far, no illnesses have been reported.
The products were distributed in Texas and Louisiana.
