DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Some Tx-Dot signs along Interstate 30 in Dallas raised quite a few eyebrows Tuesday morning.
The three portable light boards between Cockrell Hill Road and Loop 12 were hacked.
One of them was changed to read “work is canceled–go back home”. Another “Donald Trump is a shape-shifting lizard” and the other “Bernie for president”.
The signs have a keyboard built into them and if not locked can be altered.
Tony Hartzell with Tx-Dot has concerns about the pranksters. He says it’s a safety issue for motorists.
