Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – El Centro College’s downtown campus, as well as its Elm Street location, and the annex in the Paramount Building, are closed this weekend, and will remain closed until the buildings are released by the Dallas Police Department. El Centro’s west campus and the Bill J. Priest Institute are open.
