Cell Phone Records Reviewed in Enrique Arochi Trial

COLLIN COUNTY (WBAP/KLIF News)  Cell phone records of a woman who went missing from the Shops of Legacy two years ago and the man accused of kidnapping her show their phones together an hour after she was last heard from. Both Christina Morris and Enrique Arochi’s cell phones pinged off the same tower near the Shops of Legacy a combined five times between 4:15 and 5:00 in the morning the night she went missing, which indicates their phones were close to each other. Arochi is, of course, seen on surveillance footage walking Morris to her car at 3:55 that morning, which is around the same time anyone last heard from Morris when a friend called her to ask her if she’d gotten to her car safely. Arochi’s phone last pinged off the tower around 4:56 that morning — the next activity recorded on his phone is about half an hour later from a tower near his home in Allen.
