OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – Oklahoma City police have identified the victim of a shooting at Will Rogers World Airport as 52-year-old Southwest Airlines employee Michael Winchester.
Winchester died following the shooting Tuesday afternoon at the airport on the city’s southwest side.
Police Captain Paco Balderrama says Winchester was working at the time and police have not determined a motive for the shooting.
The suspect appears to have died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police say the shooter killed the Southwest employee in what’s believed to be a premeditated attack.
