One man is dead and nine others injured following a mass shooting in New Orleans. It happened early Sunday morning on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter.
The shooting victims whose ages range from 20 to 37 included two females and eight males. One male victim died at a hospital. There was an increase police presence during the weekend due to the Bayou Classic football game on Saturday night. New Orleans PD is investigating what motivated the shooting, but one male victim was among two men arrested on firearms charges
