DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Five candidates for Dallas City manager prepare for interviews on Tuesday.
On Monday, they were given the royal treatment, touring the city after landing at Dallas Love Field.
They’ll start two days of interview with the city council and Mayor Mike Rawlings on Tuesday.
Of the five, only one is from Dallas. The others are from cities as far away as Tacoma-Washington, Chattanooga and Tulsa.
Council is expected to vote on a final candidate Friday. They’ll then start contract negotiations.
A public meet and greet will be held Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Dallas City Hall.
