Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Dallas Police have arrested one of two suspects wanted in the January 14 attack on theater director Derrick Whitener.
Whitener was severely beaten with a stick or wooden dowel in the parking lot of a Target store near the North Central Expressway and Lemmon Avenue. The arrested suspect is a juvenile, so he will not be publicly identified. Detectives are still actively looking for the second suspect.
