DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) -Police in Alpine, Texas have made an arrest, following the discovery of human remains in the Sunny Glen area. Police served a warrant on Robert Fabian about 9a.m. Saturday morning. Fabian is the former boyfriend of Verk and has been a primary suspect in the case.
The warrant is for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence by concealing a human corpse. The remains were found in a shallow grave, near Wagon Road and have been taken to the University of North Texas for identification.
Texas Rangers are processing evidence at the scene, which reportedly could take several days.
