Arlington (WBAP/KLIF) – A coalition of nightclubs has filed a lawsuit against the city of Arlington in an effort to block a new city ordinance that extends the city’s smoking ban to nightclubs, bowling alleys, and pool halls. It takes effect today (Saturday), but Arlington city officials say it won’t be enforced for two months to give businesses time to comply.
