Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Two men were killed early Sunday morning when shooting erupted in a northeast Dallas neighborhood. The first officers on the scene near Thurgood Marshall Elementary School found the body of 39 year old Gerlando Halstid, obviously dead of a gunshot wound. They later found another victim, 42 year old Brashaun Boyce had been wounded, and taken to a hospital where he died. What happened is not clear. Police have not said wether they think the two men were shot by an unknown third party, or shot each other. They are asking for the assistance of anyone who does know.
