DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – With temperatures on New Year’s Eve predicted to be in the teens, Sundance Square in Fort Worth has made the decision to cancel its outdoor activities.
Fort Worth Sundance Square Marketing Director Tracey Gilmour said “the decision was made partly because the outdoor activities were not scheduled to start until 10:30p.m.” The goal is to keep everyone warm and safe. Gilmour noted that “some restaurants have food and drink specials and the Christmas tree will still be there.”
Gilmour said if you are planning to brave the cold, it is best to call ahead for availability and pricing.
