A Break-In At The Texas Capitol

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A Fort Worth man goes to jail after reportedly breaking into the Texas capitol.

According to the The Texas Department of Public Safety, a state trooper witnessed a man breaking and entering a second-floor window, about 3:30 a.m., Sunday at the state capitol.  22 year old Tanner Christian Graeber was arrested and booked into the Travis County Jail on charges of burglary and criminal mischief.

Graeber could be sentenced to two years in state jail on each charge, if convicted.
