Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A few minutes before midnight Saturday night a Dallas Streets employee who was working in the left lane of the Good Latimer Expressway was hit by a car. He was critically injured, and rushed to a hospital. The driver of the vehicle that hit him did not stop until she was a mile or more away, At which time she called family members, and after talking to them turned herself in. 30 year old Daisy Smith was arrested, and will be charged with intoxication assault, and failure to stop and render aid.
