DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) Find a time to stop by Dallas City Hall after tonight. A floating autumn exhibit goes on display in the fountain at City Hall Plaza. The one-of-a kind artwork features hundreds of pumpkins just in time for the this weekend’s “Pumpkins on the Plaza” annual Halloween carnival. It’s even interactive. Citizens can take photos in large pumpkin-shaped photo balls. The installation happens tonight at 5:30.
