DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – A new poll shows Senator Ted Cruz gaining over his challenger Congressman Beto O’Rourke.
Quinnipiac University has Cruz up by 9 points over O’Rourke.
Previous polling done in the past weeks had Cruz up by only one, clearly within the margin of error.
Both Cruz and O’Rourke participate in their first debate Friday. It is at SMU in Dallas.
