Arlington (WBAP/KLIF) – The body of a drowning victim was recovered early Saturday morning from a flood swollen creek near the UT-Arlington campus. University Police were called late Friday night to search for the 23 year old victim. He reportedly was walking across a bridge over the creek when he was pushed into the water, and swept away. Exactly how that happened has not been revealed. The victim’s body was found just before 2:00 am near Doug Russell Park on the west side of the campus.
