WBAP Morning News: More Unrest in Minnesota After Man Shot By Police

A man was shot and killed by a police officer in the town of Brooklyn Center, MN, and it’s caused more riots and unrest in the state. The body cam footage from the officer shows her pull her weapon, but yell “Taser, taser, taser” before firing.
