ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF)- On Monday, July 19, 2021 just beofore 4 p.m., the Arlington Police Department responded to a motel in the 1200 block of N. Watson Road after an employee reported finding a man’s body inside a vehicle that was parked there. Police say due to the state of the body, it’s believed the victim had been dead for some time.
“Signs of trauma were observed on the body, and as such, the APD Homicide Unit is currently investigating the victim’s death as suspicious. Detectives are working to obtain a search warrant for the vehicle and gather any other evidence that may provide clues about what happened,” the Department released.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine a cause and manner of death. They will also identify the victim once next of kin have been notified. Anyone with information is asked to contact Tarrant County Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS.
