
Plano, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – It was a wild scene outside the 7-11 at 14th and Shiloh in East Plano Wednesday afternoon. Police say an off-duty Plano Police officer encountered a man arguing with the store clerk.
A Plano police spokesman told reporters that the man went outside and got a gun from his car before chaos broke out
“He retrieved a pistol from his car. The officer observed the threat and then engages … and then shots were fired between the two.”
Police recovered numerous shell casings. A window from a shell station across the street from the 7-11 was shot out, according to our media partner WFAA-TV. It’s not know who fired first.
No one was hurt. The man is in custody.
