WBAP Morning News: The Coming School Discipline Wars

In Akron, Ohio, if a student strikes a teacher, it’s now “contact” instead of assault. Why? Because “assault” results in expulsion, and we don’t want to exclude anyone from the “educational process”! Is this only the beginning of the school discipline wars?
