Update 8-20-2023 – ROCKWALL (WBAP/KLIF) – A Rockwall teenager who was the subject of an Amber Alert Saturday night was found safe on Sunday.
“The Rockwall Police Department initiated an Amber Alert on Saturday, August 19 related to a missing teen,” Rockwall PD said in a statement. On Sunday, at approximately 10:30am, the subject was located safe in a neighboring jurisdiction. We would like to thank the public and news agencies for helping to spread information related to this alert and the area law enforcement partner agencies that assisted in this case.”

ROCKWALL (WBAP/KLIF) – The Rockwall Police Department is currently investigating a missing teenager who left her home in Rockwall during the early morning hours of Saturday. An Amber Alert was issued Saturday.
The juvenile is identified as 15-year old Kaitlynn Beckworth. Though she was believed to have left voluntarily, Rockwall Police say that components of the investigation led the department to seek a regional Amber Alert through Texas DPS, which was approved.
Kaitlynn is described as a white, female approximately five feet, five inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes. She wears blue-rimmed glasses and is likely wearing a black t-shirt or a yellow hoodie. Anyone who may have knowledge on Kaitlynn’s whereabouts are asked to contact the Rockwall Police Department at 972-771-7724.
