McKINNEY, TX – (WBAP/KLIF) – A small plane collided with a car after making an emergency landing in McKinney
Around 12:30 P.M. Saturday afternoon, the McKinney fire department responded to the plane crash on aero country road in McKinney. The plane which originated from Midland had to make an emergency landing at Aero Country Airport. The pilot was unable to stop at the end of the runway and collided with a car that was driving on Eastbound Virginia Parkway.
Nobody was killed in the accident. One person was transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. FAA officials are still investigating the cause of the crash.
